For the Yahoo! Wool Soaker Groups knitting challenge, I am stepping up the complicated and coolness factors on the last of the Sheepy Sacks I am planning to make (at this time anyway, LOL) I chose a slip stitch pattern that I found on Knitty Gritty....but I changed it up a LOT...the original was worked in garter, and since I only had one skein of the Knit Picks Wool of the Andes 'Cardinal Twist' colorway that I wanted to use, I converted it to stockinette, and then converted it again from a flat knit design to an in the round design. I am totally loving it...so funny to be working in a circle and have the stripes show up and down! How cool is that? Pin It
